How payment works
Retainers and billing
A retainer is due with the signed engagement letter. Remaining fees are billed at draft-report stage and upon issuance. Travel within Kanagawa for scheduled observation days is included in the quoted day rate unless additional sites are added mid-engagement.
We do not sell monthly software access. Examination fees are for professional time and the signed report.
