Terms of Engagement
These terms govern access to https://flowmanagementsystem.digital and, where applicable, the professional relationship between you and Seabound Accounts Examination (“we,” “us”). By using this site or signing an engagement letter, you accept these terms.
Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or instruct us to begin examination work. Separate engagement letters prevail over website summaries when they conflict on scope, fees, or deliverables.
Services described online
Descriptions of financial auditing examinations, fees, and timelines are informational. A binding scope exists only after both parties sign an engagement letter naming the reporting entity, period, and report form.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to Seabound Accounts Examination or its licensors. You may not copy examination templates, request lists, or report wording from the site for commercial reuse without written permission. Working papers created during an engagement remain our property; you receive the agreed report and management letter.
Client responsibilities
You must provide complete and accurate books, access to premises for observation, and timely responses to confirmation follow-ups. Delays in document delivery may extend timelines stated in planning memos.
Independence and limitations
We do not prepare the financial statements we examine. An examination is not a guarantee that fraud or every misstatement will be detected. Liability for professional work is limited as set out in the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

Governing law
